My One Year Journey Of HIV Treatment

I am HIV positive person, I have been diagnosed since 2007 and I have been trying to keep healthy in order to keep my CD4 counts up. In recent months my level has dropped dramatically and at this stage I refuse to go on chemical pill and medication to bring my level up. I am searching for alternative medicine to increase my level and test out some of the options before resorting to chemical treatment of this disease.
